With Norwegian's Casinos at Sea program, you reach the Pearl level at 5,000 points and receive complimentary house drinks in the casino, treats delivered to your cabin, and food and beverage. It's kind of like a land casino at that point - there is a 'value' to your play and they assign that to a particular cabin level on the date you want to cruise.
